CRISTINA CLAIBORNE SKIN WEDDING MAKE-UP GIVEAWAY RULES + REGULATIONS

1. No purchase necessary; purchases will not improve chances of winning.

2. Entrants must be Brides who are Texas residents, eighteen (18) years or older + wedding venue must be within the DFW Metroplex. Wedding venues outside outside of the DFW Metroplex can still participate if location is in Texas, however, a travel fee will apply based on travel mileage to event destination venue.

3. Entrants must not be in a contract for any wedding make-up services.

4. To enter the contest entrants must complete the following:

a. Have an Instagram + Facebook account with a public profile.

b. Follow the Cristina Claiborne Skin Instagram account throughout the competition. Like the Cristina Claiborne Skin Facebook page.

c. Comment on the contest entry post on Instagram + Facebook by tagging 5 friends + @cristinaclaiborneskin.

d. Use the #cristinaclaiborneskinbrides for all outside postings, reposting, +/or shares.

5. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

6. By participating in this contest, entrants +/or participants agree to a complete release of Instagram from any + all claims.

7. All entries must comply with Instagram’s terms of service.

8. Entrants, finalists, + winner completely release Cristina Claiborne Skin + all vendors from any + all claims.

9. Winner is responsible for all gratuities for services provided.

10. Entries must be submitted between March 1, 2022 through March 31, 2022. . Winner will be announced on Instagram on April 2, 2022..

11. Entrants that have not completed all the requirements by the deadline will be considered void.

12. Cristina Claiborne Skin is not responsible for any lost, late, or missing entries.

13. No notice will be given to void or disqualified entries.

14. Winner will have three (3) days from announcement to claim prize via email verification.

15. Wedding date restrictions apply. The date + location cannot be changed.

16. Winner will be required to enter binding agreement with Cristina Claiborne Skin subject to their terms + conditions including provisions + requirements in the instance of breach.

17. Winner is responsible for travel fees outside of DFW Metroplex. Additional make-up services + person(s) can be added at a fee of $175 per additional person + must be included at the time of agreement execution.

18. Estimated value of $600.

19. No part of the giveaway prize shall be redeemable for cash.

20. Winner cannot substitute products or services.

21. Any fraudulent entries or contestants will be removed + disqualified.

22. Any entries containing inappropriate content such as profanity, spam, threats, defamatory, indecent, obscenity, disparaging or discriminatory language or content that could be otherwise considered offensive +/or negative will be disqualified + removed without notice.

23. Miss Milly’s reserves the right to disqualify any entrant in its sole discretion without notice.

24. Miss Milly’s reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest +/or its rules if necessary. In the instance of a modification, any contestants who entered prior to modification will have the right to modify their entries if necessary.

25. Any information provided from entrants will be used for promotional purposes. Entrants consent to the use of any story +/or photographs by Cristina Claiborne Skin. This consent shall be deemed an irrevocable, perpetual license + shall not be impacted if the entrant/finalist is not selected as the winner.

26. Any disputes related to contest entry + operation shall be resolved individually + exclusively by arbitration in the state of Texas, under Texas law. Cristina Claiborne Skin will not be responsible for any attorney’s fees. Any subsequent disputes with Winner shall be subject to the dispute resolution in individual agreement.
